Whenever a friendly COMMISSAR'S DETACHMENT operative incapacitates an operative, all COMMISSAR'S DETACHMENT operatives within 3" of it get 1 morale level.

Whenever a friendly COMMISSAR'S DETACHMENT operative is incapacitated, all COMMISSAR'S DETACMENT operatives within 3" of it lose 1 morale level.

All COMMISSAR'S DETACHMENT that have morale level 1 have ceaseless on their weapons. All COMMISSAR'S DETACHMENT that have morale level 2 have relentless on their weapons.

During deployment, deploy 10 of your COMMISSAR'S detachment kill team. After all COMMISSAR'S DETACHMENT operatives activate, deploy the rest of your kill team. You must deploy COMMISAR'S DETACHMENT COMMISSAR and COMMISAR'S DETACHMENT VOX OPERATOR in your first deployment.
