Composition
Common Abilities and Options

*Sweep:
Whenever this operative performs the Fight action with this weapon profile, if it isn't incapacitated, it can immediately perform a free Fight action afterwards, but you must select this weapon profile and it can only fight against each enemy operative within its control range once per activation or counteraction using this weapon profile. This takes precedence over action restrictions, and you can continue to perform free Fight actions until this operative is incapacitated or has fought against every enemy operative within its control range.

Demoralizing Shout (1AP):
Select one enemy operative visible and within 6" of this operative. Unti the end of the turning point -1 from that operatives APL and weapons equipped by friendly operatives gain the [Ceaseless] Rule when targeting that enemy operative.

Effective Motivator:
You may select one additional operative to be under the effects of a LITANY for 1 additional AP

Litany of Hate (1AP):
SUPPORT. Select one other friendly HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative visible to and within 6” of this operative. Until the end of that operative’s next activation, the first time you strike when fighting and/or retaliating, inflict 1 additional damage (to a maximum of 7).

Litany of Light (1AP):
SUPPORT. Select one other friendly HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative visible to and within 6" of this operative. Add 1 to the APL stat of that friendly operative until the end of that operatives next activation

Litany of Purgation (1AP):
SUPPORT. Select one other friendly HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative visible to and within 6" of this operative. Until the end of that operative's next activation, that operatives ranged weapons gain the [Saturate] rule and critical successes deal 1 additional damage (to a maximum of 7)

Veteran Astartes:
During each friendly HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative’s activation, it can perform either two Shoot actions or two Fight actions. If it’s two Shoot actions and an absolver bolt pistol, plasma pistol, master-crafted heavy bolter, neo-volkite pistol or reductor pistol is selected for both, 1 additional AP must be spent for the second action.

Each friendly HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative can counteract regardless of its order. Whenever it does, it can perform an additional 1AP action for free during that counteraction, but both actions must be different.

*Shield:
Whenever this operative is fighting or retaliating with this weapon, each of your blocks can be allocated to block two unresolved successes (instead of one).

Heroic Leader:
Once per turning point, you can use a firefight ploy for 0 CP if this is the specified HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative (excluding Command Re-roll)

Shield Charge (1AP):
Select one enemy operative within charge range, this operative may make a charge action for 0 AP, then Inflict D3 damage on the target of that charge.

Storm Shield:
Whenever an operative is shooting this operative, worsen the x of the Piercing weapon rule by 1 (if any). Note that Piercing 1 would therefore be ignored.

Fervent Bladesman:
Whenever this operative is fighting or retaliating, each of your normal successes can block one unresolved critical success (unless the enemy operative’s weapon has the Brutal weapon rule).

Crux Terminatus:
Whenever an operative is shooting a friendly HEROS OF THE CHAPTER operative, worsen the x of the Piercing weapon rule by 1 (if any). Note that Piercing 1 would therefore be ignored

Blood and Zeal: This Operatives melee weapons are unaffected by the injured rule, and the Attack characteristic is unmodifiable. (Taking precedence over other rules ie. Terrifying Cresendo, Poison etc.)

Divine Reflexes: This operative may choose to resolve the first attack dice when fighting or retaliating but must choose to block

Flawless Parry: Whenever this operative is fighting or retaliating with this weapon, each of your blocks can be allocated to block two unresolved successes (instead of one).

Slay their Champions: Once per battle when this operative selects the enemy leader operative as the target of the charge, add 2" to the charge range (taking precedence over rules) and Melee weapons equipped by this operative gain the [Punishing] rule

Vow Sworn Champion: At the start of the select operatives step, select a vow for all HOUSEHOLD VETERAN operatives to be under the effect of until the end of the battle

Uphold the Honor of the Emperor--- While Friendly operatives are within 3 inches of an objective Increase that operatives APL by 1 until the end of the turning point (Cannot break the astartes rule), Defense dice rolls of 5+ are critical successes

Abhor the Witch, Destroy the Witch--- Half all Psychic damage inflicted on friendly HOUSEHOLD VETERAN operatives rounding down (To a Minimum of 1) Weapons used against Enemy Psyker operatives gain the [Relentless] rule

Accept Any Challenge No Matter The Odds--- Weapon Stats of friendly HOUSEHOLD Veteran operatives cannot be changed or modified by enemy operatives [Including equipment and Ploys] Add 1 to the DMG characteristics of friendly HOUSEHOLD VETERAN operatives if either of the following occur

-Either DMG Characteristic of the enemy operative's melee weapon MEETS OR EXCEEDS the HOUSEHOLD VETERAN operative's -The ranged target has a save characteristic of +3 or Better.

[SUFFER NOT THE UNCLEAN TO LIVE]---- HOUSEHOLD VETERANS can perform a Charge Action for 0 AP in an activation in which it fell back. Once per turning point when two save rolls are failed for a VOWSWORN CHAMPION operative you may change one failure to a success

Seek And Destroy: Sweep & Clear

Reveal: The first time an enemy operative is incapacitated while contesting an objective marker, or the first time a friendly operative performs the Clear action (whichever comes first).

Additional Rules:

When an enemy operative that contests an objective marker is incapacitated, that objective marker gains one of your Swept tokens (if it doesn't already have one) until the Ready step of the next Strategy phase.

Mission Action: Clear (1 AP)

  • An objective marker the active operative controls is cleared for the turning point.
  • An operative cannot perform this action during the first turning point, or while within control range of an enemy operative.

Victory Points:

  • At the end of each turning point after the first, if friendly operatives control any objective markers that have one of your Swept tokens, you score 1VP.
  • If this is true and any of those objective markers are also cleared, you score 2VP instead.

You cannot score more than 2VP from this op per turning point.


Seek And Destroy: Dominate

Reveal: The first time an enemy operative is incapacitated by a friendly operative.

Additional Rules:

Each time a friendly operative incapacitates an enemy operative, that friendly operative gains one of your Dominate tokens.

Victory Points:

At the end of the third and fourth turning point, you can remove Dominate tokens from friendly operatives that aren't incapacitated. For each you remove, you score 1VP.

You cannot score more than 3VP from this op per turning point.


Seek And Destroy: Rout

Reveal: The first time you score VP from this op.

Victory Points:

Whenever a friendly operative incapacitates an enemy operative, if that friendly operative is within 6" of your opponent's drop zone, you score 1VP; if this is true and that enemy operative had a Wounds stat of 12 or more, you score 2VP instead.

You cannot score more than 2VP from this op per turning point.
