During each friendly OUTRIDER operative’s activation, it can perform two two Fight actions. Each friendly OUTRIDER operative can counteract regardless of its order.

Channel Deamons: When a WARP BOUND CONSTRUCT is activated you can choose to Channel Deamons. If you do roll d3+1 and the model takes that much damage. Until that operatives next activation its deamons are channeled
Deamon Forged Weapons: Whenever this operative is using this weapon if its Deamons are channeled, add 1 to both Dmg stats of this weapon.
Combat Drugs: As a Stratigic Gambit you can choose to assign up to 3 combat drugs to models on your team. Each model can only recive one drug and each drug can only be given once per turning point Adrenalight: Whenever a Model with this drug activates, during that activation, that operative can perform two Fight actions, and one of them can be free.
Hypex: Models with this drug gain 1" of movement
Serpentin: Models with this drug gain Relentless on Melee Weapons
Painbringer: Normal and Critical Dmg of 3 or more inflicts 1 less damage on this operative.
Grave Lotus: Melee Weapons add 1 to both Dmg stats.
Splintermind: When a model is given this drug It regains up to 2D3 lost wounds, and during that turning point you can ignore any changes to its APL stat.
Feralex: Weapon equiped by this model gain the Rending keyword
Agonite: Models with this drug gain Relentless on Shooting Weapons
Long Range Emplacements:
STRATEGIC GAMBIT. Place a Number of prepared bomrdment markers in the kill zone depending on the battle round. They must be placed more then 1" from objective markers

Gas Bombardment: In the ready tep of each turning point flip each prepared bombardment token in to a gas bombardment token.
When a frindly model is wholly within 2" of a marker that model is obsured to shooting from more then 2" away
When an enemy model enters the control range of a gas bombardment token roll a d6. On a 4+ that model suffers 1 wound
Strat Gambit: Choose a stance for the Eye. It has all the related rules until the end of the turning point or Until It chooses a new stance
Fate Points Whenever a friendly FATE CHANGER operative is shooting or being shot • For each attack or save dice result of 1 you roll before rerolls, you gain one Fate point You cannot have more than 9 Fate points at once.
Spells Spells are Unique Actions that have a price in fate points. In order to use one of these abilites you must spend a number of fate points equal to the price
Split When A PINK HORROR or BLUE HORROR model is incapacitated: Before that PINK HORROR operative is removed from the killzone, set up two BLUE HORROR operatives as close as possible to that operative and not within Engagement Range of enemy operatives. Before that BLUE HORROR operative is removed from the killzone, set up one BRIMSTONE HORRORS operative as close as possible to that operative and not within Engagement Range of enemy operatives.
The Eye Of The Tyrant Strat Gambit: Lose all tyrants attention points then Gain x Tyrants attention points 1 Point per Neuroloid 2 points per controled objective 1 point per ontested but not controlled objective X points where X is the round number
Whenever a Neuroloids operative activates you may spend tyrants attention to preform unique actions.
Tyrants Lash X Choose a Viable target. Roll X d3 dice to a maximum of 4. Deal damage equal to the total rolled
Tyrants Wisper 2/4 Select one enemy operative valid to this operative. Until the end of that operative’s next activation, subtract 1 from its APL stat. If you spent 4 points you may select a visable target instead
Tyrants Command 2/3 Select one other friendly Synaptic Swarm operative. That selected operative can immediately perform a dash or mission action for free. If that model is outside of 6" this action costs 3 points
Tyrants Directive 3 Select one enemy operative to be your Target for the turning point. Whenever a friendly Synaptic Swarm operative is shooting against, fighting against or retaliating against your Target, that friendly operative's weapons have the Balanced weapon rule.
Tyrants Reprive 4 Choose a model you control. That model heals all damage
